Universally-Safe Power Adapter. Althought the maximum power output for single port only max at 45W, Accutone's Electro Fly 5 is unique and popular in its grounded design. For low power output such as electronic devices connecting only to USB ports the need for grounded connection is minimal since at power leakage at such low voltage is negligible. However when the adapter allows direct connection to other devices via the universal socket, an ungrounded adapter can be dangerous if any leakage occurs in high-voltage appliances. A fuse or circuit breaker will cut off the power of any appliances if it sense leakage by power draining. Yet the power drop must be significant enough for a fuse to notice and connection to the ground will draw electricity to it rapidly ensuring the fuse the break its circuit.
